MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Energy services co. seeks a Mechanical Engineer to Perform retro-commissioning services in compliance with NYC Local Laws, incl. Local Laws 87 & 97, related to energy efficiency/sustainability reviews.
Design & maintain mechanical systems and building energy models via engineering analysis, Bluerithm, eQUEST & CAD tools. Develop mechanical testing procedures & review MEP systems for building systems.
Conduct site inspections and tests of equipment & troubleshoot system failures.
Prepare technical reports & documentation to track energy performance & ensure compliance with energy codes & support sustainability metrics.
CEM and CBCP certifications are required.

Salary: $139,818.00/yr.
